Coleshill based PLOTT Creative, are proud to have supported community festival ‘Family Fest ‘17’. The charity event was held at Sutton Rugby Club and the fun filled weekend raised an amazing £7000 for Midlands Air Ambulance.
The 2-day event is now in its third successive year and has grown from strength to strength. Family Fest relies entirely on the support of local businesses and community volunteers. Its ethos is to provide great family entertainment whilst raising funds for charity.
From the stage donated by a local haulage company, to headline sponsor John Shepherd, prizes donated by the Bierkeller and design services donated by PLOTT – lots of local companies pull together to make this event such a success.
It was also a great opportunity for PLOTT to invite all the members of Business B46 network event to the festival for their annual August Summer Social, which proved a huge hit, and provided the perfect location for more ‘relaxed’ networking.
The festival had a great atmosphere and featured music by Andy Bennett from Ocean Colour Scene, a full funfair, prosecco tent, street food market; along with Jedi Training, an entertaining Dad Dancing competition and on-site camping.
As PLOTT Creative is an energetic creative and digital agency, who deliver memorable brand experiences, Family Fest is the perfect event to showcase their talents. PLOTT worked with the organisers from the start to design and build a recognisable event brand which attracts more people every year.
PLOTT’s Managing Director, Anna Plotnek said ‘It was a fantastic event and one we’re proud to be associated with, it’s great to see all our hard work and planning come to life.’ Anna continues, ‘as a small business it can be difficult finding time to support charities but this is such a worthwhile cause that we’re delighted to be involved.’
Anna concluded ‘We love festivals, so it was an easy decision to get involved. We had so much fun along the way and can’t wait for the next event.’
Anthony Levelle, Family Fest Chief Organiser said ‘The event gets bigger each year and we’d like to thank PLOTT, our other sponsors and all the volunteers for their amazing support. Their kind acts enable us to donate as much money as possible to the Midlands Air Ambulance. It’s been a phenomenal success and we’re already planning for 2018.”
